Brayden Kinncaid grew up in the perfect loving home. His mother and father love each other very much. He is the single father of a daughter, Tori, who was recently kidnapped. He has grown up thinking of Christian as a sister.

Christian has suffered abuse and trauma in her short life. She was sexually abused and tortured by someone important in her life and when she told anyone and they tried to help her, they ended up dead. She finally escaped and ended up with the Kinkaid’s when she was 17.

Christian loves the Kinncaid brothers as if they were her brothers with the exception of Brayden. He is the only man she feels safe with, and she loves him with all of her heart. She loves his daughter as her own as well. Brayden is having a hard time coming to terms with the new direction their relationship is headed in and so Christian moves out of the Kinncaid family home.

Once Christian has moved into her condo, the pictures and postcards start coming. She knows he’s found her again. She tries to keep it all bottled in and it escalates to him tying her up and torturing her again.

I won’t tell the ending, but OMG I couldn’t figure out what the guy’s part in her life was. The story kept me on the edge of my seat throughout. I couldn’t wait to find out how it was going to end.  I would give this book 5 out of 5 stars! I can’t wait to read the other 3 books.  This is the 3rd book in Jaycee's Deadly Series. It didn't seem like I was missing anything either. I will start the other ones shortly! I can't wait!
